Bali (03/08/2023) - Yayasan Nano Center Indonesia as part of PT Nanotech Indonesia Global Tbk. had successfully held The 10th International Conference of Sensor AsiaSense 2023: "Emerging Sensors Towards Industry 4.0" in conjunction with The 4th ICAMPN: "The 4th International Conference on Advanced Materials and Practical Nanotechnology", which was held for 2 (two) days on 2 - 3 August 2023 at Merusaka Hotel, Nusa Dua, Bali - Indonesia.
AsiaSense was pioneered by the Malaysian Society of Sensor Technology Development (Sensor Malaysia), a community of scientists from Malaysia which focuses on the research and development of sensor technology. AsiaSense had been successfully held in various countries in Asia: Indonesia (2005, 2015), Philippines (2007, 2018), Thailand (2009), Korea (2011), Malaysia (2003, 2013, 2021). And this year, Indonesia is again hosting AsiaSense 2023.
The conference was attended by participants and presenters from various countries. Some of the invited speakers from Indonesia include Prof. Dr. Ivandini T. Anggraningrum, S.Si., M.Si. (University of Indonesia), Prof. Bambang Kuswandi, M.Sc., Ph.D. (University of Jember), Prof. Brian Yuliarto, Ph.D. (Bandung Institute of Technology), and Dr. Etik Mardliyati, M.Eng. (National Research and Innovation Agency).
In addition, AsiaSense 2023 also invited various speakers and sensor experts from various countries such as Malaysia, Japan, India, Poland, Australia, and UK.
The conference themed as "Emerging Sensors Towards Industry 4.0" and "The 4th International Conference on Advanced Materials and Practical Nanotechnology" was conducted to encourage collaboration opportunities between the academia and industry.
